Accounts Receivable Specialist (with Sage 100 Experience) - Freelance, Remote

Own end-to-end accounts receivable by preparing accurate invoices and monthly billing statements, posting cash receipts in Sage 100, and maintaining aging schedules and customer account integrity. Handle collections through professional email/phone follow-ups, resolve payment disputes and discrepancies, and produce AR and customer reporting. Also provide executive/administrative support including calendars, meeting coordination, and confidential inbox management in a fully remote setup.
