Human Resource Business Partner

Serve as a Talent Business Partner to assigned business units, delivering strategic HR guidance and coaching to leaders and employees. Own employee relations support, performance and talent development guidance, and drive initiatives such as engagement surveys, succession planning, and recognition programs. Support recruiting through job description and compensation analysis, ensure compliant HR records, manage investigations, and provide HR reporting and data analysis for business decision-making.
