Key Responsibilities

•Own the annual planning and quarterly forecasting process end-to-end, driving alignment across GTM, EPD, and G&A on headcount, OPEX, and revenue assumptions.
•Serve as the primary financial business partner to the executive team, delivering board-ready financial packages, leading BvA meetings, scenario analyses, and investment frameworks.
•Build and maintain the long-range financial model, tracking ARR, NRR, CAC/LTV, and unit economics across customer segments.
•Drive product-level and segment-level P&L analysis to inform pricing & packaging, EPD investment, and go-to-market decisions.
•Lead development of enterprise-grade FP&A infrastructure and lead/develop a high-performing FP&A team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 275,000 - 324,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of corporate finance experience, including at least 4 years in a senior FP&A leadership role in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment at scale.
•Deep understanding of SaaS unit economics, including ARR, NRR, GRR, CAC, LTV, payback periods, S&M efficiency, and Rule of 40.
•Proven ability to build and lead FP&A functions to a mature, system-driven planning organization with strong process rigor.
•Exceptional financial modeling skills with the ability to operate at multiple altitudes.
•Strong executive presence and communication skills to distill complex financial dynamics into actionable narratives.
