Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the pod’s technical roadmap and architectural decisions to balance short- and long-term investments.
  • •Evolve processes, tools, and abstractions to improve developer productivity, system extensibility, and code quality.
  • •Lead team-wide initiatives and propose strategic technical work in partnership with engineering management, Product, and Marketing.
  • •Champion observability, resilience (including chaos engineering and disaster recovery), cost optimization, and security-by-design.
  • •Mentor engineers up to L5 and remove cross-team execution blockers through documented processes and influence.
