Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a front-line ambassador of the Coach brand. Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and tailored recommendations while driving cross-selling and upselling to meet personal and store KPIs. •Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice; develop and execute sales plans to meet KPIs.
•Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations; source new customers and follow up to close sales.
•Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing/replenishment, visual merchandising, transaction handling, and inventory cycles.

Key Requirements

•Strong English proficiency.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including clienteling and data acquisition skills (preferred).
