Key Responsibilities

•Provide general building maintenance services across a defined property area.
•Report and close faults using the AORA IT system to keep property records accurate.
•Ensure properties are free from building defects in line with Home Office Contract standards.
•Liaise with approved subcontractors, ensuring access, quality standards, and audit checks.
•Undertake annual Portable Appliance Tests (PAT) for all properties in your portfolio.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: GBP 27,500 - 33,500 annually
