Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead commercial strategy for the HVAC equipment program in North Carolina, including product/financing terms, pricing, fees, promotional approach, and financial outcomes while aligning to regulatory and utility objectives.
  • •Drive profitable growth by designing, introducing, and improving dealer-led financing programs balancing customer value, dealer economics, credit performance, and margin targets.
  • •Develop and oversee lead generation, dealer collaborations, and third-party connections to expand market presence and financed volume through the dealer channel.
  • •Define and own financing commercial terms—pricing, fees, promotions, dealer economics, and customer offers—to achieve balanced and profitable HVAC financing growth.
  • •Partner with Finance, Regulatory, and Legal to assess financial/regulatory/risk implications of commercial structures, lead governance submissions, and secure required approvals.
