Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide support for individual pupils/groups inside and outside the classroom to enable full participation and support social, emotional, and physical well-being.
  • •Implement and help monitor individual education programmes, supporting pupils with additional support needs and helping develop social skills.
  • •Assist with maintaining pupil records and preparing/presenting displays of pupils’ work.
  • •Support teaching by giving group instruction or individual instruction as prescribed, and monitoring work assigned by teachers (checking/correcting while in progress).
  • •Be proactive on health and safety, check attendance, supervise pupils, and support behaviour policy/self-esteem; discipline misbehaviour in line with policy.

Key Requirements
