Key Responsibilities

  • •Own planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of technology projects across Flight Operations and Crew Operations.
  • •Translate operational business requirements into technical solutions with enterprise architects, developers, and third-party vendors.
  • •Manage project scope, technical dependencies, operational risks, and delivery roadblocks to ensure on-time delivery within budget.
  • •Ensure technology changes comply with corporate governance, cybersecurity policies, and aviation regulatory requirements (FAA, EASA, GCAA).
  • •Drive deployments through the Route to LIVE (RTL) process and support change, incident, and release management using ITSM/ITIL; prepare release plans and readiness assessments for CAB meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in the airline or aviation industry.
  • •Knowledge of Flight Operations and Crew Management systems (e.g., flight planning, crew pairing, rostering, tracking).
  • •Experience working within IT governance, change management, and regulatory environments.
  • •Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, and Smartsheet (SAFe, PMP, PRINCE2 preferred).
