Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond to incoming leads from AutoNation and third-party websites via phone, internet, and walk-in traffic.
  • •Identify and engage private parties interested in selling their vehicle.
  • •Set up appointments for customers to visit the dealership for an appraisal.
  • •Execute the “We'll Buy Your Car” same-day payment process.
  • •Review vehicle condition reports, inspect vehicles onsite, and interact with customers throughout the day; refer trade-in customers to the sales team.
