Work with the TikTok Shop US Operations and Product teams to bridge workflow gaps and help improve product experiences for merchants, creators, and affiliates. You’ll analyze operational data to uncover insights, diagnose product issues, and support data-driven decision-making. •Bridge Operations and Product teams to identify workflow gaps and optimize the product experience through iterative improvements.

•Collaborate with product teams to refine product requirements, improve user journeys, and support scalable product solution design.
•Consolidate feedback from operations, users, and cross-functional stakeholders to support prioritization discussions.
•Coordinate cross-team communication across regions and time zones to support product development, testing, launch, and continuous optimization.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing an undergraduate or Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
•Strong logical thinking and data analytics skills; able to break down complex problems and propose actionable solutions.
•Effective communication, organization, and project execution skills; proactive and capable of driving tasks independently.
•Ability to work effectively with cross-regional teams, including APAC stakeholders across time zones.
•Preferred: experience in product operations, product management, data analysis, or ads/search/recommendation systems through internships or projects.
