Job Summary

Join the PMM (Power Management) team to drive AI transformation across engineering workflows. Perform Windows power/performance validation, analyze ETL traces, and debug issues on AMD platforms while collaborating with silicon, firmware, BIOS, OS, driver, and platform teams. Design and develop AI-powered solutions such as AI-assisted debugging, PMM Expert Agents, knowledge retrieval systems, automated test plan generation, and workflow automation to improve productivity and validation quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform PMM validation, power/performance analysis, and issue debugging on AMD platforms.
•Analyze Windows ETL traces to investigate power, performance, and system behavior issues.
•Work with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and drive issue resolution.
•Develop and improve PMM validation methodologies, test plans, automation, and debug processes.
•Design and develop AI-powered solutions including AI-assisted debugging, PMM Expert Agents, knowledge retrieval systems, and automated test plan generation.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in semiconductor, platform engineering, system software, validation, firmware, AI engineering, or related fields.
•Strong hands-on experience debugging Windows power and performance.
•Experience collecting and analyzing ETW/WPR/WPA/ETL traces.
•Strong understanding of PC architecture, operating systems, drivers, BIOS, firmware, and platform-level interactions.
•Strong Python scripting skills with automation and engineering tool development.
