Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and educate compliance with safety, food safety, and security standards.
  • •Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics, and ancillary equipment.
  • •Troubleshoot out-of-service equipment, act as an escalation point, and escalate to leadership/vendors as needed.
  • •Document all work in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and ticketing systems.
  • •Lead root cause analysis of major downtime events and support network-wide technical root cause analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •4-6 years of experience repairing and maintaining conveyor, automation, robotics, and/or refrigeration systems, including mechanical and electrical operations.
  • •Advanced understanding of machinery and equipment.
  • •Ability to read and understand drawings, schematics, and diagrams.
  • •Experience working with inputs, outputs, and PLC logic systems, with ability to troubleshoot these systems.
  • •High school diploma or equivalent; mechatronics associates degree or equivalent is preferred.
