Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a matrixed operational team to manage program deliverables from manufacturing operations and drive New Product Introduction outcomes.
  • •Engage pilot manufacturing to ensure early learning builds meet target milestones and resolve process issues between business unit, pilot operations, and volume production.
  • •Align with cross-functional product management and engineering to plan and execute product commercialization and improve volume manufacturability.
  • •Manage program risk and interdependencies by monitoring progress, analyzing production maturity, and reporting issues and status to leadership.
  • •Plan scope and activities, develop schedules and cost estimates, and prepare and present high-level status presentations using Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (preferably Mech/Electrical) with an MBA.
  • •Minimum 6-8 years of experience in project management, program management, and data analysis.
  • •Effective written and verbal communication to coordinate with diverse functional stakeholders on program/project status.
  • •Strong leadership and management skills to lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource needs, risk, and complexity.
