Job Summary

Work with Financial Services Advisory teams on digital transformation and strategic change programs for banking partners. You’ll plan and deliver initiatives from inception through closure, engage stakeholders to define scope, document business cases and process models, and translate requirements into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Use design thinking and metrics-driven practices to improve customer journeys and support digital strategy, advising on future operating models and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage business users to understand problem statements, agree scope, and support planning through delivery and closure.
•Interview product owners to understand current processes and develop customer-driven future processes.
•Document process models, support business with requirements, and identify opportunities for improvement.
•Map customer experience using tools like personas and customer journeys, and research best-in-class industry processes for digitization and simplification.
•Work with Product Owners and development teams to define requirements (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria) and support metrics-driven culture.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Services.
•Experience documenting business cases, business process modelling, and requirements elicitation through workshops.
•Manage multiple stakeholder expectations and communicate clearly to drive decision-making.
•Manage projects from inception through design to delivery.
•2.1 or higher in a related discipline; Masters degree is a plus.
