  • •Drive the success of the local India development team while serving as a strategic member of the global ZTC leadership team
  • •Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to manage shifting priorities, maintain aggressive timelines, and ensure seamless collaboration between local and remote teams
  • •Lead by example through hands-on technical involvement, mentoring engineers to scale their impact while overseeing code reviews and build processes
  • •Maintain a relentless customer-first mindset by participating in technical escalations and beta trials to deliver a world-class product experience

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of software development experience with at least 2 years building high-performance, distributed SaaS platforms at cloud scale
  • •Expert-level command of networking protocols including DNS, HTTP, TCP/IP, and SSL/TLS with deep firewall policy enforcement
  • •Extensive experience navigating cloud networking infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with transit gateways, IGW, NATGW, NACL, and security groups
  • •Proven track record of hiring, developing, and retaining engineering talent in a fast-paced environment
  • •Strong proficiency in Agile collaboration models (Kanban/Scrum) and Jira for project execution
