Key Responsibilities

•Provide subject matter expertise in network security, firewalls, zero-trust architectures, and remote access VPN best practices.
•Architect, design, deploy, and secure enterprise remote access VPN solutions end-to-end, including routers, exit nodes, and connectors.
•Own the full lifecycle of remote access infrastructure from ground-up implementation through ongoing management, policy definition, distribution, and performance optimization.
•Configure and support VPN clients across Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android, and troubleshoot complex connectivity and performance issues.
•Develop automation and CI/CD workflows and monitor VPN performance, logs, and security posture while applying patches and continuous improvements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with 5+ years of network security experience, or 8+ years in lieu of a degree.
•3+ years of experience securing networks, IT infrastructure, applications, endpoints, and/or APIs.
•Proven experience designing, deploying, and operating enterprise remote access VPN solutions with high reliability requirements.
•Deep systems engineering foundation with strong networking knowledge and experience managing Linux infrastructure.
•Demonstrated automation and software skills in Python for custom tooling and CI/CD workflows.
