Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and continuously improve Eaton’s EHS programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and advance a Zero Incident Safety Culture.
  • •Conduct safety inspections, audits, risk assessments, ergonomic evaluations; identify hazards and implement corrective actions and work design enhancements.
  • •Lead and support incident and near-miss investigations, including root cause analysis and 8D investigations with corrective action tracking.
  • •Maintain EHS documentation and compliance records (SDS, training records, permits, environmental logs, and other regulatory requirements).
  • •Coordinate EHS training and monitor safety and environmental control systems; support environmental compliance activities such as waste management, air emissions tracking, and water discharge monitoring.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24.73 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in Environmental, Health, or Safety in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Familiarity with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory standards.
  • •Ability to interact effectively across all levels and establish/maintain a strong EHS presence.
  • •Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
