Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver accurate, efficient end-to-end HR processes focused on data quality, compliance, and service excellence.
  • •Provide daily HR inquiry support to employees, managers, and external stakeholders; give clear guidance on HR policies, processes, and standard matters.
  • •Coordinate timely handover of complex or specialized cases to HR Business Partners or Product Houses.
  • •Manage employee lifecycle administration including onboarding, offboarding, relocations, visas, and local HR reporting.
  • •Ensure People Services processes are documented and comply with legal/regulatory requirements; protect confidential employee information and support audits/reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, with 4+ years’ experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • •Strong understanding of the end-to-end HR value chain, employment law, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • •Experience supporting multi-country HR operations across varied legal, regulatory, and stakeholder environments.
  • •Regional/international experience covering Hong Kong, Singapore, and other Asia Pacific countries.
  • •Strong digital skills including SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and Microsoft 365/Copilot; interest in AI-driven solutions (ServiceNow a plus).
