Human Resources Generalist (HK)

Serve as the primary point of contact for transactional HR services for managers and employees, supporting inquiries through a self-service-first model. Deliver accurate, compliant end-to-end HR operations while driving continuous improvement and greater automation through digital tools. Own HR inquiries, coordinate complex case handovers, manage employee lifecycle administration and benefits/vendor coordination, and support Hong Kong/Singapore plus other Asia Pacific needs across varied regulatory environments.
