Provide excellent customer service at our Montreal flagship store by greeting customers, understanding needs, and offering furniture and design advice. Maintain the store’s visual merchandising, cleanliness, and organization to Cozey standards. Manage customer issues, support sales and KPI goals, and assist with draft orders and follow-ups. Take ownership of opening/closing routines and step in as point of contact when management isn’t on site while coaching teammates.

•Familiarize yourself with products and participate in training for new products, sales techniques, and company policies.
•Own store opening and closing routines and act as point of contact when management isn’t on site to support a seamless customer experience.
