Staff Site Reliability Engineer

Design, implement, and operate the infrastructure powering Bluesky and AT Protocol. Lead reliability and operational excellence across bare-metal and cloud systems, including observability, incident response, deployments, and rollbacks. Improve production readiness for services and migrations, build automation and performance tooling, scale high-availability systems in colocation, and manage capacity planning and cost. Mentor engineers and drive continuous improvements from incident reviews.
