Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently manage a portfolio of commercial lease and sublease contracts across the full lifecycle, from negotiation to termination or renewal.
  • •Represent Zurich as tenant and, when needed, as subtenant with landlords, tenants, and other contractual partners, and conduct related negotiations.
  • •Advise internal stakeholders on lease-related matters and collaborate with regional teams and construction/project leads on site development and tenant build-outs.
  • •Ensure professional deadline, data, and documentation management, and take responsibility for the quality of relevant contract and master data.
  • •Support decision-making with reliable information, analyses, and portfolio reporting, contributing to process, standards, and digital tool development.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience independently managing commercial properties, including negotiation and ongoing management of lease and sublease arrangements.
  • •Eidg. Fachausweis Immobilienbewirtschaftung or comparable further education is an advantage.
  • •Strong knowledge of Swiss lease law for commercially used spaces, plus clear understanding of the economic and administrative aspects of property management.
  • •High ownership, structured working style, and ability to drive topics forward holistically and independently.
  • •Excellent Microsoft Office skills and strong digital affinity; experience with Planon, Power BI, or similar tools is an advantage.
