Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with the Production Manager, venue, touring, and client production teams to support show and event production success.
  • •Assist with settlement, payroll, scheduling, and administrative tasks for the production department.
  • •Coordinate interdepartmental communication and support production department personnel.
  • •Create and maintain department manuals and training materials for production roles.
  • •Maintain inventory and maintenance logs, and schedule staff, rentals, and hospitality within show and event budget guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Prior production experience in entertainment venues, theaters, or touring scenarios.
  • •General understanding of stage lighting, pro audio systems, and video systems.
  • •Strong computing and accounting skills using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Teams, Outlook, and Word.
  • •Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
  • •Strong communication and note-taking skills, with the ability to make clear decisions sometimes with limited information.
