Production Coordinator

Coordinate the technical, personnel, and financial details of show and event productions to support successful reconciliation. Partner with the Production Manager, venue, touring, and client production teams on settlement, payroll, scheduling, and administrative tasks. Help run interdepartmental communication, maintain department manuals and training materials, and manage inventory/maintenance logs while advancing technical and hospitality details within budget guidelines.
