Key Responsibilities

•Own day-to-day operations for the P2P ecosystem (Oracle EBS, Coupa, Oracle Fusion Cloud) and drive enterprise initiatives to optimize P2P processes.
•Serve as enterprise IT solution lead for global P2P value streams, defining and executing a multi-year technology roadmap aligned with corporate strategy.
•Direct and govern end-to-end architecture, design, and deployment phases for complex global transformation projects, accountable for scalable delivery quality.
•Partner with senior Finance leadership to serve as a primary strategic liaison and translate Finance process needs into system configurations and architecture.
•Provide technical and functional leadership by mentoring junior and mid-level analysts and overseeing advanced escalations and root-cause resolution for ecosystem incidents.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
•10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion procure-to-pay processes, Coupa, and/or Oracle ERP integrations.
•Deep, hands-on architectural experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud P2P processes, Coupa (certification preferred), Oracle EBS, and complex enterprise ERP integrations (middleware, APIs).
•Proven track record leading at least two full-lifecycle, global enterprise P2P implementations or consolidations.
•Must be a U.S. citizen or Green card holder (legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely required; no work permit sponsorship).
