Job Summary

Lead strategic coordination for large enterprise broadcast programs across client, partner, and internal AVI-SPL stakeholders. You’ll manage customer relationships, oversee deployments, service level agreements, escalations, and KPI attainment while driving financial accountability. The role also includes hands-on tactical leadership: staffing and onboarding key roles, running recurring meeting cadence, and ensuring smooth transition from project completion to service ownership for the Experiential Account(s).

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate communication between client/partner and internal AVI-SPL stakeholders across the sales, project, and service lifecycle.
•Manage customer relationships and serve as the primary owner for communications, SLAs, open service tickets, risks, and escalations.
•Drive financial accountability and ensure KPI metrics and customer satisfaction attainment.
•Lead tactical oversight within the account by directing staffing and ensuring essential roles are properly onboarded.
•Facilitate meetings and lessons learned, support transition to service ownership, and help deploy international project/service needs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 83,000 - 125,000 annually
