Key Responsibilities

•Bridge the gap between hardware and human operators across vehicle and Ground Control Station software, enabling real-time telemetry, health monitoring, and autopilot tasks
•Support planning missions, visualization of maps, fleet management, and orchestration of autonomous behaviors across multiple assets
•Pioneer integration of GenAI agents to direct autonomous assets via natural language interfaces
•Collaborate with Perception, Motion Planning, Hardware, and Test Engineering teams to solve hard problems for customers
•Travel up to 30% to build, test, and deploy capabilities in real-world environments

Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
•BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field.
•3+ years of production-grade C++ and/or Rust experience in a Linux development environment
•Integrate autonomous systems with military radio links such as Link 16 and other third-party waveforms
•Build robust link-switching logic that keeps the mission running through degraded RF environments
