Job Summary

Support the Strategic Sales team as the operational “glue” for an Account Executive across the sales cycle. Own deal support activities including creating and submitting requests, following items through resolution, building pricing and deal workflows, preparing deal structure, and managing order forms and CPQ-to-customer quote processes. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure contracts, legal, security, and paperwork are accurate and the sales process runs smoothly.

•Serve as an internal liaison and coordinate requests through resolution across functions (e.g., billing, deal strategy, legal, security).
•Ensure the sales process runs smoothly with cross-functional stakeholders (Deal Desk, contracts, pre-sales, security requests) and that paperwork is accurate.
•Build pricing and deal workflows and prepare pricing and deal structure using internal pricing tools.
•Create and manage order forms (creation, amendments, execution/signatures) and verify Proposal Bill Of Materials (OFs) with client stakeholders.
•Handle quote creation using CPQ workflows and support customer research and sales meeting preparation (under 10% of time).
