Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform poultry processing tasks such as hanging live birds, whole bird processing, and specialty handling.
  • •Handle and process inedible materials in accordance with food safety and environmental standards.
  • •Trim product and perform sorting duties to ensure FPS standards and proper product flow.
  • •Complete production flex assignments, rotating between positions as needed to support production requirements.
  • •Adhere to food safety, quality, animal welfare, and workplace safety policies and clean and sanitize work areas, tools, and equipment.
