Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate improvements in yield, quality, and output for the NAND Flash production line as a Process Integration Module Engineer.
  • •Collaborate with multi-functional PIE and related teams to improve product yields and reliability within the assigned process loop.
  • •Design, execute, and analyze experiments to improve fab process, yield, and quality; collect and interpret complex data to optimize processes.
  • •Investigate yield and quality problems with YE and PQA, and communicate module-related issues to Fab engineering and leadership.
  • •Engage and/or lead cross-area engineering teams to tackle process issues and align process alignment projects with global partners and other PI module owners.

Key Requirements

  • •PhD in Engineering or Science (must).
