Client Service Representative - Floater (Jennifer Road)

Deliver best-in-class client service while helping customers with sales/service solutions and teller transactions. Build positive client relationships by explaining the value of bank products, opening new business and consumer accounts, and cross-selling services. Process payments, transfers, and address changes, balance cash, and ensure compliance with BSA/AML and other banking regulations. Float to other locations as needed and coordinate with other business lines to refer client needs.
