Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design and architecture of a highly scalable, secure security data platform that ingests and processes diverse security data across 10+ Salesforce platforms and 15+ external environments.
  • •Build and optimize data pipelines to collect, store, and analyze security signals from vulnerability scanners, asset management, and identity/access systems across multiple environments.
  • •Integrate AI/ML and LLM-driven capabilities into the platform, including RAG over security data, agentic triage/remediation workflows, anomaly detection, and risk scoring with evals/guardrails.
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Security Operations, Risk Management, Product Security, Data Science) to align the platform with business and security goals.
  • •Provide technical leadership: code reviews, mentoring senior engineers, and driving best practices for secure, cloud-native, AI-assisted development in an Agile environment.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of industry experience for LMTS, including 5+ years building SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS software development.
  • •M.Sc./B.E. in Computer Science Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • •Expertise designing and operating high-scale distributed systems with high availability and fault tolerance, including large-scale infrastructure systems.
  • •Hands-on data engineering and technology experience with Apache Spark, Kafka, Hadoop, and SQL/NoSQL.
  • •Strong applied AI/ML experience integrating LLMs/ML into production systems, including at least two of RAG pipelines, agent/tool-use frameworks (e.g., MCP, LangGraph), prompt engineering, evals/observability, fine-tuning, or embeddings/vector stores.
