Lead the end-to-end expansion of Gigs into new markets, coordinating regulatory, legal, entity formation, and operational runbooks to launch multiple markets in parallel. Key Responsibilities

•Own the market-entry playbook: build and iterate templates, competitive and regulatory analyses, and runbooks to take a market from green-field to live and scalable.
•Hold the master cross-market timeline and cadence; sequence workstreams across regulatory, supply, legal, and hiring, surfacing risks before delays.
•Own cross-market regulatory and legal orchestration: scope authorisations, licenses, data compliance, entity and insurance setup, and carrier dependencies.
•Enable and coordinate multiple central and local teams to operate to the same standard across markets from kickoff through scale.
•Translate launch learnings into product inputs and maintain a feedback loop bridging field reality with platform priorities.

Key Requirements

•A real track record of launching markets at pace: stand up 2+ markets end-to-end (in parallel or back-to-back), ideally including at least one where regulatory authorization or entity formation was a primary gate
•5+ years in market expansion, operations, or consulting at a company actively scaling into multiple new markets simultaneously, Fintech/payments or B2B tech platforms strongly preferred
•Structured and relentless as a program driver: manage many parallel workstreams (regulatory, technical, commercial, people) across several markets with a defined methodology
•Analytically sharp and decisive: make sound calls with incomplete information, document reasoning, and adjust quickly when wrong
•Able to draft the playbook in the morning and unblock a Founding Operator on regulatory questions in the afternoon; bring commercial judgment on market entry, not just execution
