Key Responsibilities

  • •Recruit and enroll qualified undergraduate and graduate students through outbound calls, phone appointments, email, chat, video chat, and SMS.
  • •Advise prospective and enrolled students on career and program interests, guiding them through enrollment and onboarding through graduation.
  • •Provide financial guidance for education funding and support students with admissions and catalog requirements, academic policies, and registration procedures.
  • •Manage a cohort to meet enrollment and retention metrics, encouraging progress through advanced degree programs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Business, Education, Psychology, or Communications.
  • •Minimum 3 years of relevant experience counseling/advising with stellar customer service and/or sales concierge service, including management of a large customer base.
  • •Strong proficiency using technology for student management and engagement, including online learning platform and career planning tools.
