Key Responsibilities

  • •Set technical direction for backend development and own the quality bar while directing and reviewing AI coding agent output.
  • •Deepen understanding of the healthcare claims and payments domain to guide backend architecture.
  • •Architect and implement complex applications that apply ML to large volumes of data, improving user experience and scalability.
  • •Contribute to new product development for complex in-browser applications, ensuring extensibility, scalability, and security.
  • •Balance customer-facing feature delivery with technical debt cleanup and help bring agentic engineering practices into day-to-day workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of backend programming experience, with additional full-stack experience highly desired.
