Key Responsibilities

  • •Define product vision, go-to-market strategy, and execution roadmap for Elastic Agent framework, Fleet Server/Service, and telemetry collectors.
  • •Set and track KPIs for agent deployment success, pipeline efficiency, and adoption of OTel distributions.
  • •Oversee packaging, testing, and distribution of Elastic Agent (including EDOT) and related purpose-specific distributions.
  • •Drive remote management capabilities for Elastic Agent, Fleet Server, and collector infrastructure for large-scale deployment and control.
  • •Lead Kubernetes-focused release strategy using Kubernetes operators and Helm Charts, and advance OpenTelemetry receiver/exporter development for enterprise requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •At least five years in Product Management focused on enterprise infrastructure observability, telemetry collection, or agent frameworks.
  • •Deep familiarity with telemetry collectors, log shippers, and agent ecosystems (OpenTelemetry Collector, Elastic Agent, Filebeat/Beats, Logstash).
  • •Track record defining requirements for remote agent management, fleet control planes, or distributed edge collection systems.
  • •Experience with Kubernetes operators and Helm Charts and strong understanding of cloud-native orchestration and release management.
