Key Responsibilities

•Lead sales associates to improve selling skills and close sales to achieve goals and KPIs
•Drive sales for assigned category, partner with Store Manager on sell-through and train team
•Lead a high-performing, customer-facing team and coach on Burberry Experience in line with brand strategies
•Manage customer flow to ensure excellent service and that no client is left unattended
•Lead integration of new joiners and deliver Burberry Experience training in-store

Key Requirements

•1-2 years previous supervisory or management experience in retail sales
•Advanced knowledge of POS system
•Ability to handle complex customer service issues (dissatisfied customers, complaints, returns & after-sales)
•Fluent, professional dialogue with clients and staff
•Previous experience with Apple mobile devices and comfortable with digital tools
