Job Summary

Ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of plant and facility equipment by performing advanced troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance. Execute scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, diagnose failures to minimize downtime, and run preventive/predictive maintenance programs. Conduct plant rounds and inspections (e.g., water treatment and refrigeration), maintain CMMS spare parts and maintenance records, and uphold safety standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
•Diagnose and resolve equipment failures promptly to minimize downtime.
•Execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to optimize asset reliability.
•Conduct plant rounds, inspections, and operational checks (e.g., water treatment, refrigeration systems).
•Maintain accurate CMMS records of spare parts usage and maintenance activities while ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Key Requirements

•Technical diploma or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred).
•Minimum 5 years in industrial maintenance required, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
•Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
•Proficiency in CMMS and Microsoft Office tools.
•Knowledge of single-phase and three-phase electrical systems and familiarity with safety regulations and maintenance best practices.
