Operate and support Unified Communications systems for CCH, handling both cloud and on-prem components aligned to internal standards. Key Responsibilities

•Perform daily operations, administration, and support for Unified Communications technologies used by CCH.
•Respond to system alerts and alarms and run proactive health checks to prevent service disruption.
•Manage mobile services including provisioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, inventory tracking, and carrier coordination.
•Support conferencing and meeting room technologies and integrations, including audio/video equipment and collaboration devices.
•Maintain UC system reliability across cloud and on-prem environments by supporting networking and endpoint connectivity.

Key Requirements

•Associate’s degree in computer science, IT, telecommunications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
•Sound knowledge of Unified Communications technologies including Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Unity Connection, Jabber, Cisco Emergency Responder, and Cisco Expressway.
•Working knowledge of VoIP and networking protocols such as SIP, MGCP, SCCP, RTP, and SRTP.
•Understanding of call flows, endpoint registration, and call trees, including IVR and Nice CXOne/UCCX and paging.
•Exposure to Linux and Windows Server, familiarity with Active Directory and ticketing tools.
