Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute asset-specific portfolio strategies, including new offers, segmented value propositions, brand ladders, and innovation initiatives.
  • •Lead commercialization and new product introductions by launching innovative products and formulations in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • •Progress post-patent strategy for relevant actives, factoring in competitive scenario, product life-cycle management, and portfolio growth goals.
  • •Drive financial performance by reviewing portfolio pricing and profitability and evaluating implications for P&L.
  • •Generate market and competitive intelligence, manage market research activities, and support long-range marketing planning and strategy development.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA added advantage).
  • •At least 10–15 years of experience in the crop protection industry across marketing and commercial functions, including regional portfolio management across Asia Pacific and/or country-level marketing or commercial leadership.
  • •Proven portfolio management expertise, including portfolio planning, new product introductions, post-patent strategies, and brand management.
  • •Ability to influence, align, and lead cross-functional teams across geographies and cultures.
  • •Strong written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills (project management experience preferred).
