Job Summary

Own procurement operations for indirect purchasing, executing end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) workflows. You’ll provide quotes, place orders, run competitive bidding, negotiate contracts, and process invoices and payments. Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure policy compliance and improve service-center efficiency by tracking and resolving day-to-day P2P issues, managing regional metrics, and generating summarized reports.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide fast quotes and order services for internal stakeholders within assigned categories aligned to tactical sourcing strategies.
•Execute procurement business processes, primarily P2P, including competitive bidding, contract negotiation, and invoice/payment processing.
•Support service center leadership with process improvement initiatives to increase procurement efficiencies and effectiveness.
•Work with suppliers to improve performance against procurement performance metrics.
•Track, resolve, and improve day-to-day P2P issues and manage regional metrics, data analysis, and summarized reporting.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline.
•2+ years of indirect buyer experience.
•Strong understanding of procure-to-pay (P2P) end-to-end processes and related systems.
•Excellent communication skills.
•Ability to develop and streamline procurement processes and manage procurement performance metrics.
