Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end technology implementation and digital transformation projects for clients.
•Manage delivery across scope, timeline, risks, dependencies, milestones, KPIs, quality, and project backlog priorities.
•Define and execute project governance with clear decision-making and accountability.
•Coordinate cross-functional technical squads across internal and client teams, including architects, developers, and implementation specialists.
•Act as the main interface between clients and internal teams, communicating complex technical concepts and guiding architecture decisions from a delivery perspective.

Key Requirements

•5+ years managing technology implementation, digital transformation, software delivery, or related technical projects.
•Experience leading technical squads in agile environments with a proven track record delivering complex technology projects.
•Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, integrations, and cloud environments (including cloud-native architecture, microservices, and API-first design).
•Ability to balance agile execution with enterprise governance and stakeholder reporting.
•Bachelor degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field; bilingual English/Spanish required.
