Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet patients and caregivers on arrival and guide them to physician examinations and other service points.
  • •Digitally log patient information, maintain accurate records, verify eligibility, and ensure demographic/insurance data is complete and verified.
  • •Prepare and finalize patient check-in documentation, ensuring insurance coverage screening and required pre-authorizations for accurate patient responsibility and cash collection.
  • •Support RCM pre-authorization by processing insurance information, following up, and communicating with the pre-authorization team.
  • •Obtain billing information, handle payments, facilitate clinician communication on patient status, schedule appointments, and prepare routine reports as directed.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of Patient Access and customer care/patient relations experience (preferred).
  • •2+ years customer service experience, ideally in a hospital setting.
  • •Experience with electronic health records (and medical insurance/hospital registration preferred).
  • •Minimum 2 years in GCC (preferred).
  • •Sufficient medical terminology knowledge and strong organizational/administrative skills with attention to detail and confidentiality.
