Senior Operations Manager (Relocation Required)

Oversee multiple reconditioning lines within Carvana’s Inspection & Reconditioning Center, planning production for each shift and ensuring production, cost, and quality targets are met. Step in for the General Manager when needed, identify bottlenecks, and lead root-cause analysis with action plans alongside site leadership. Run weekly performance reviews, guide daily huddles, and support continuous improvement while developing reconditioning lead and manager talent.
