Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a high-performing customer-facing, service-oriented department by coaching the team and ensuring delivery of the Burberry Experience in line with brand strategies.
  • •Set performance targets and drive department productivity and profitability, including conversion rates, sales, UPT, AUR, and customer data capture.
  • •Plan department schedules for peak business hours to meet customer traffic and demand with the right employees at the right time.
  • •Recruit, onboard, and develop the department to ensure you have the right team and specialists, and ensure all team members are trained with sound product knowledge and policy awareness.
  • •Drive digital strategy and integrate technology into the customer journey, using tools such as chat and evernote when not communicating face to face.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to demonstrate excellent leadership and people management, including recruiting, training, developing, and assessing talent.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Proven ability to increase sales and profitability while driving and maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
  • •Advanced knowledge of POS, store systems, and comfort using digital tools.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in a store/concession management role in a high volume, high turnover store, plus relevant department product-category experience.
