Counsel – Settlement Team

Lead and support settlement negotiations for complex product liability, toxic tort, and mass tort matters, from initial negotiation through final claim resolution and program closure. Serve as the primary legal and operations lead to ensure settlements are executed accurately and in compliance. Work with plaintiffs’ counsel to draft and finalize settlement documents, resolve disputes, manage teams reviewing and categorizing claims, and perform data analysis to monitor values and trends.
