Key Responsibilities

  • •Support RMs and associate RMs with internal and client deliverables.
  • •Ensure completion of day-to-day activities contributing to RM/Associate RM work.
  • •Implement audit and regulatory recommendations and maintain timely regulatory client closures.
  • •Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient servicing of corporate customers and timely account operations, including KYC remediation.
  • •Collate MIS, coordinate with clients for financial/security documentation, and monitor credit quality with timely remedial measures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree holder from a UGC-recognised university (or completed 10+2+3 years of education, not diploma).
  • •0 to 5 years from the date of graduation (less than 5 years from graduation).
  • •Provide mark sheets and provisional/actual certificate of passing.
  • •Eligible for Apprentice engagement if continuing with/finished higher studies (MBA/PG/CA articleship) and the 5-year graduation criteria is met.
  • •Must not have already completed any government-regulated apprenticeship before.
