Scheduler (Construction)

Develop and maintain detailed, resource-loaded construction project schedules using Primavera P6. Build project Gantt charts from first principles, identify critical paths via leads, lags, and float, and combine individual schedules into an integrated master programme. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and design teams to align durations, review contractor schedules for tender evaluations, and support reporting, earned value analysis, and cost-loaded cash flow projections.
