•Develop strategies based on market and competitor research, from creator acquisition to community growth.
•Set and manage goals and KPIs, and conduct data analysis.

Key Requirements

•Ability to commute to the Tokyo office (in-office work is assumed) and work from the Tokyo office for 28 hours per week.
•Advanced level of Japanese plus English, or advanced level of Japanese plus Chinese, for external communications with Chinese market stakeholders.
•Strong interest in the entertainment field.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in an international and diverse environment.
•Commit to at least 3 months for the internship period.
