Discipline Manager – CAD

Lead and manage the CAD discipline, owning strategy, scope, and service development for high-quality CAD delivery across engineering and asset lifecycle projects. Develop CAD methods, tools, quality assurance processes, and best practices, while ensuring technical compliance with standards and client requirements. Drive commercialization through sales, tendering, contracts, pricing, and bid activities. Recruit, develop, and manage the CAD team, and deliver P&L accountability through budgets, forecasting, and cost control.
