Key Responsibilities

  • •Process, validate, and reconcile inbound PO receipts, put-aways, stock transfers, returns, and inventory adjustments in NetSuite and 3PL WMS.
  • •Coordinate day-to-day operations with 3PL partners across receiving, storage, fulfillment support, transfers, returns, cycle counts, and issue resolution.
  • •Reconcile NetSuite inventory with 3PL WMS records and physical counts; investigate and resolve discrepancies including negative inventory, phantom stock, receiving variances, and transaction errors.
  • •Ensure inventory and warehouse activities follow SOPs, controls, and financial requirements; reinforce standardized inbound/transfer/storage/returns workflows with 3PLs.
  • •Track 3PL performance and drive continuous improvements; provide timely inventory data to support weekly/monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and replenishment/supply planning decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years in inventory management, supply chain operations, warehouse systems, or 3PL operations with ownership of inventory transactions and follow-through.
  • •Experience coordinating day-to-day with 3PL providers or warehouse teams to resolve issues and maintain accurate inventory and operational records.
  • •Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite, plus at least one WMS/3PL system and familiarity with ERP-to-WMS integrations.
  • •Experience reconciling system inventory to physical stock, supporting cycle counts, analyzing variances, and troubleshooting discrepancies (e.g., negative inventory, phantom stock, receiving errors).
  • •Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and ability to run basic SQL queries (e.g., Snowflake queries) for validation, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis.
